MEMORANDUM <br />DATE: August 20, 1997 <br />TO: Mike Mornson, City Manager <br />FROM: Roger Larson, Finance Director <br />ITEM: STORMWATER FUND <br />In 1992, the City of St. Anthony implemented stormwater user fees to establish funding <br />for repair /replacing the City's stormwater drainage system. The current balance of the <br />fund totals $251,182 (through 2nd quarter 1997). <br />Current expenditures include WSB & Associates for the Water Resource Management <br />Plan ($9,300 has been paid - $12,800 balance due). In addition, payments for <br />dumpsters and flood clean up (approximately $1,500) have been paid by this fund.
