One possible step is development of a Wireless Business Plan. For reference, we have included a "draft" business plan scope in Attachment A. In refining the business plan steps, we will incorporate the information and connectivity strategy plans derived from the work session. The Virchow Krause team has served similar municipal utilities in various capacities over the years; therefore, our firm has insights to offer Saint Anthony Village that other advisors do not have.
