07/15/10 <br />IMPORTANT DATES <br />St. Anthony Budget Schedule for 2011 Budget <br />January 14 &15, 2010 Goal Setting, Financial Management and Planning. <br />March 1, 2010 Work Session — Discuss Budget Calendar, 2011 Budgeting Goals, <br />and review 5 -Year Capital Equipment Plan. <br />April 27, 2010: Public Hearing /Provide Residents with an Opportunity to have <br />Input in the budget process. <br />Mav 3, 2010: Work Session with Department Heads - Discussion on 2011 Budget <br />and evaluate 5 -Year Capital Equipment needs. <br />May - July: City Manager & Staff Meetings to discuss /draft 2011 Budget. <br />August 2, 2010: Work Session with Department Heads — Council & Staff to review <br />the Proposed 2011 General Operating Budget, Discussion on Fire <br />Truck and Capital Equipment Budgets. <br />August 24, 2010 Presentation of the Proposed 2011 Operating Budget & Property <br />Tax Levy to the City Council. <br />September 14, 2010: Resolution passed: <br />1) Setting the proposed 2011 Operating Budget and Property <br />Tax Levy. <br />2) Announce the date and time at which the final Budget and Tax <br />Levy will be discussed. <br />December 14, 2010: Presentation of 2011 Operating Budget and Levy with Public Input. <br />1) Adoption of the 2011 Operating Budget and Property Tax Levy. <br />
