Therefore, staff recommends approval of the request for a conditional use permit to allow a <br />dynamic display sign on the property at 2727 Stinson Boulevard. <br />The Planning Commission met on June 27, 2016, held a public hearing at which the Applicant invited the <br />sign manufacturer to speak on behalf of the request, and added one additional condition regarding sign <br />hours of operation.
