1. Applicant will comply with dimensional setback requirements for ground sign <br />placement, which requires 15 feet from the curb line and submit a site plan showing <br />compliance; <br />2. Applicant will provide a written certification from the sign manufacturer that light <br />intensity has been preset to conform to the brightness levels established by the City's <br />code; <br />3. Applicant will conform to all of the sign operation requirements of the Dynamic <br />Display ordinance. <br />4.
