Housing and Redevelopment Authority Meeting Minutes <br />February 25, 1997 <br />• Page 2 <br />1 H. U.S. West Communications in the amount of $4,342.58 for installation of <br />2 service to the City Hall/Community Center. <br />3 Motion carried unanimously. <br />4 VI. OTHER BUSINESS. <br />5 Mornson reported he had been told that the dividers for the City Hall/Community <br />6 Center would be delivered today. When they did not arrive, he contacted the seller <br />7 and was told that there is a shipment problem. Mornson stated he has requested a <br />8 letter from the company explaining the delay. <br />9 Mornson reported the final furniture bill for the City Hall/Community Center has not <br />10 yet been received. He also noted he and Public Works Director are working with the <br />1 I architect to design the demolition of the old building, including the asbestos removal. <br />12 Mornson reported he had met with Mr. Tollefson and three of the four issues have <br />13 been resolved. The remaining issue is that Mr. Tollefson needs to obtain the deed for <br />14 the property from the State. Mr. Tollefson needs to pay taxes for the past four years. <br />15 There is a possibility that the County will allow this to be settled at the time of <br />16 closing. <br />IR7 Faust expressed his concern with maintaining uniformity of signs and other items in <br />18 the City Hall/Community Center. He suggested a procedure to address uniformity be <br />19 adopted. Mornson stated he would check with the sign company to determine the <br />20 continued availability of the signs. <br />21 Enrooth noted he would like to obtain a proposal for interior design work for the <br />22 atrium area and the Council Chambers. Mornson stated he would supply Enrooth with <br />23 the blueprints for the atrium and the Council Chambers. <br />24 <br />25 VII.
