Mark Hurd in the amount of $2,449.50 for color mosaics of the City of St. <br />4 Anthony. <br />5 Mayor Ranallo suggested CPA firms be discussed at the next City Council work <br />6 session. <br />7 Morison noted Item F., Springsted, Inc. will be reimbursed by OPUS. <br />8 Enrooth stated he would like to see the bill for ESI, Communications presented in a <br />9 different fashion as it was very confusing. <br />10 Marks amended his motion to include only Claim Items A. through F. and Items H. <br />I 1 and I. Enrooth agreed to the amendment. <br />12 Motion carried unanimously. <br />13 Councilmembers discussed the invoices submitted from ESI Communications. <br />Motion by Ranallo, second by Enrooth to table Claim Item G. ESI Communications <br />in the amounts of $32,115.20, $311.89, $598.40, $3,310.73, $1,090.56, and $2,873.59 <br />16 to be resubmitted to the Council in a more understandable format. <br />17 Marks suggested that all the invoices for ESI, Communications except the one in the <br />18 amount of $32,115.20 could be approved. <br />19 Vote on the motion: Enrooth, Faust, Ranallo aye. Marks naye. <br />20 <br />Motion carried. <br />21 VI. SAV 2. <br />22 A. HRA Resolution 1997-001. re: Purchase Agreement for the Tires Plus Building, <br />23 Motion by Faust, second by Marks to approve Resolution 97-001, authorizing <br />24 the Chair and Executive Director to execute a purchase agreement for the Tires <br />25 Plus Building. <br />26 Marks confirmed this Resolution was to purchase the property as per discussion <br />27 at the work session and memo of the City Manager. <br />28 City Attorney Soth stated the purchase agreement is almost complete but there <br />29 are still a few issues which need to be resolved including: <br />W1. The access easements on this site are critical. The City has to be certain <br />31 that the existing accesses cannot be changed or modified without the <br />32 permission of the City. <br />
