HRA Resolution 97-003, re: 1997 Minnesota City Participation Proeram. <br />I 1 Motion by Marks, second by Faust to approve Resolution 97-003, approving <br />12 participation in the 1997 Minnesota City Participation Program. <br />13 Motion carried unanimously. <br />14 B. HRA Resolution 97-004, re: Home Improvement Loan Programs. <br />15 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve Resolution 97-004, relating to <br />16 home improvement loan programs. <br />4 Motion carried unanimously. <br />18 VII.
