A. Ni <br />Housing and Redevelopment Authority Meeting Minutes <br />December 17, 1997 <br />• <br />Page 2 <br />1 E. Comprehensive Plan Update: <br />2 1. BRW <br />3 a. In the amount of $1,940.41 for professional services rendered <br />4 from September 27 through October 31, 1997 for City Planning. <br />5 b. In the amount of $768.02 for professional services rendered from <br />6 November 15 through November 28, 199.7 for City Planning. <br />7 Mayor Ranallo noted that the amount paid to Braun Intertec for soil contamination will <br />8 be reimbursed by the insurance company. <br />9 Motion carried unanimously. <br />10 VI. OTHER BUSINESS. <br />I I Morrison reported the Arbor Development is now complete and the developer has <br />12 requested final payment. The Chandler Project has also been completed and Mike <br />13 Miller is asking for reimbursement. Both requests will be considered at the January <br />14 13, 1998 HRA Meeting. <br />Morrison reported that the option on all remaining property at Apache Shopping <br />Center, except the New Market building, with OPUS will expire on December 31, <br />17 1997. A new twelve-month option is currently being discussed. There are developers <br />18 interested in the New Market building. <br />19 <br />20 VII.
