ROLL CALL. <br />7 Commissioners Present: Chair Ranallo, Vice Chair Enrooth, Secretary/Treasurer Marks, <br />8 Commissioners Wagner and Faust. <br />9 Also Present: Executive Director Michael Mornson and City Attorney William Soth. <br />10 III. APPROVAL OF MARCH 12, 1996 COUNCIL AGENDA. <br />11 Motion by Faust, second by Enrooth to approve the March 12, 1996 HRA Agenda as <br />12• presented. <br />13 <br />14 Motion carried unanimously. <br />15 IV. APPROVAL OF FEBRUARY 13, 1996 HRA MEETING MINUTES. <br />Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve the February 13, 1996 HRA Meeting <br />Minutes as presented. <br />18 Motion carried unanimously. <br />19 V. PRESENTATION OF CLAIMS. <br />20 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve the following claims: <br />21 A. American Bank in the amount of $244.40 for G.O. Refunding Bonds and $225.55 <br />22 for G.O. Tax Increment Ref Bonds dated 1-1-94. <br />23 B. 1995 General Fund in the amount of $24,812.72 for HRA Payment/Transfer of <br />24 Salaries to the General Fund. <br />25 C. Dorsey and Whitney in the amount of $2,866.52 for Apache Plaza Subdivision <br />26 Matters; of $497.25 for Apache Plaza EAW Matters and of $1,379.48 for Apache <br />27 Plaza TIF Matters. <br />28 D. Raymond A. Hellickson in the amount of $6,160.61 for City's tax settlement due to <br />29 the developer. <br />30 Motion carried unanimously. <br />0 <br />
