He stated he <br />2 had discussed this memo with Ken and was informed that this was not a petition for an <br />3 additional abatement. This document had to be submitted to change the name of the <br />4 owner of the building. <br />5 City Attorney Soth asked if a settlement had been reached in tax court with the previous <br />6 owner. <br />7 There was Commission consensus to contact Ramsey County and obtain the status of this <br />8 abatement. <br />9 VII.
