CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL. <br />5 The meeting was called to order at 7:45 P.M. <br />6 II. ROLL CALL. <br />7 Commissioners Present: Chair Ranallo, Secretary Marks, and Commissioner Faust. <br />8 Also Present: Executive Director Michael Morrison. <br />9 Commissioners Absent: Vice Chair Enrooth and Commissioner Wagner. <br />10 111. APPROVAL OF JUNE 10, 1996 HRA AGENDA. <br />11 Motion by Marks, second by Faust to approve the June 10, 1996 HRA Agenda as <br />12 presented. <br />13 <br />14 Motion carried unanimous <br />15 IV. APPROVAL OF MAY 28,1996 HRA MINUTES. <br />16 Motion by Faust, second by Marks to approve the May 28, 1996 HRA minutes as <br />17 presented. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />19 V. PRESENTATION OF CLAIMS. <br />20 Motion by Marks, second by Faust to approve the following claims: <br />21 A. Ramsey County in the amount of $615.14 for TIF Administrative Expenses 1995. <br />22 B. American En ing eerin Testing. esting Inc. in the amount of $2,080.70 for City Hall / <br />23 Community Center Project testing services from April 16, 1996 to May 15, 1996. <br />24 Motion carried unanimously. <br />25 VI. RESOLUTION HRA 1996-004, RE: HRA APPROVE PLEDGE OF TAX <br />26 INCREMENTS FOR $1,720,000.00 GENERAL OBLIGATION TAX INCREMENT <br />27 BONDS, SERIES 1996. <br />28 Motion by Marks, second by Ranallo to approve Resolution HRA 1996-004 regarding <br />29 approving pledge of Tax Increments from Apache Plaza, 39th and Silver Lake Road, <br />30 Kenzie Terrace and Chandler Place Tax Increment Financing Districts to pay <br />31 $1,720,000.00 General Obligation Tax Increment Bonds, Series 1996A of the City of St. <br />32 Anthony. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />34 <br />
