Williams/O'Brien Associates in the amount of $3,385.00 for professional <br />2 architectural services. <br />3 Mayor Ranallo inquired regarding this claim. City Manager Morrison advised it is a <br />4 reimbursement to the structural engineer and within the budget for consulting fees. <br />5 Motion carried unanimously. <br />6 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner, to approve the following claim: <br />G. Williams/O'Brien Associates in the amount of $6,000.00 for professional <br />architectural services. <br />9 Mayor Ranallo expressed concern that the contractor has not provided samples of the <br />10 different brick colors and suggested staff contact them to assure proper follow through. <br />1 I Councilmember Faust agreed that Williams/O'Brien Associates should be requested for <br />12 the same information regarding scheduling and progress, and to invite them to tour the <br />13 site with the Council. <br />0 Motion carried unanimously. <br />15 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth, to approve the following claim: <br />16 H. Ste, Marie Comoanv in the amount of $1,800,00.00 for a portion of the purchase <br />17 price to be paid by Super Valu for the CUB Foods Store site at Apache Plaza. <br />18 Motion carried unanimously. <br />19 VI. OTHER BUSINESS. <br />20 City Manager Morrison reported the Lundeen title work is not yet completed so the home <br />21 has not been closed, but he hopes it is completed in August. <br />22 City Manager Momson advised that three of the remaining four parties seem interested <br />23 and if the City can purchase the five homes on Kenzie Terrace within an eighteen month <br />24 period, he would consider it to be successful. <br />25 VII. ADJOURNMENT. <br />26 Motion by Marks, seconded by Wagner, to adjourn the meeting at 7:53 P.M. <br />0 Motion carried unanimously. <br />
