CALL TO ORDERIROLL CALL. <br />5 The meeting was called to order at 8:17 P.M. <br />6 H. ROLL CALL. <br />7 Commissioners Present: Chair Ranallo, Vice Chair Enrooth, Secretary Marks, and <br />8. Commissioners Faust and Wagner. <br />9 Also Present: Executive Director Michael Mornson and City Attorney William Soth. <br />10 Commissioners Absent: None. <br />1 I III. APPROVAL OF SEPTEMBER 24, 1996 HRA AGENDA. <br />12 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve the September 24, 1996 HRA Agenda as <br />13 presented. <br />14 <br />15 Motion carried unanimously. <br />16 IV. APPROVAL OF AUGUST 27, 1996 HRA MINUTES. <br />17 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve the August 27, 1996 HRA minutes as <br />• presented. <br />19 Motion carried unanimously. <br />20 <br />V. PRESENTATION OF CLAIMS. <br />21 <br />Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve the following claims: <br />22 <br />A. <br />Graus Construction in the amount of $641,107.50 for pay application no. 8 St. <br />23 <br />Anthony Community Center. <br />24 <br />B. <br />Will Associates in the amount of $6,000.00 for architectural services <br />25 <br />rendered June 26 through August 28, 1996 and in the amount of $1,243.20 for <br />26 <br />extra services. <br />27 <br />C. <br />Firstar Bank in the amount of $210.00 for file maintenance charges Tax Increment <br />28 <br />Refunding Bonds Walbon Property, $238.30 for file maintenance charges General <br />29 <br />Obligation Refunding Bonds Kenzie Terrace, and $175.00 for fees General <br />30 <br />Obligation Tax Increment Bonds Community Center/City Hall. <br />31 <br />D. <br />Dorsey & Whitney_ in the amount of $235.00 for legal services rendered through <br />32 <br />July 31, 1996. <br />33 <br />E. <br />American Engineering eering Testing in the amount of $2,515.70 for project testing <br />34 <br />services from July 16 through August 15, 1996. <br />41 <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />
