a <br />Housing and Redevelopment Authority Meeting Minutes <br />October 22, 1996 <br />• <br />Page 2 <br />I Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to dismiss the bid from Matrix Communications for <br />2 voice and data wiring for telephone equipment for City Hall/Community Center as it <br />3 failed to meet the specifications of the City of St. Anthony. <br />0 <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />5 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve HRA Resolution 1996-009, awarding <br />6 the bid for voice and data wiring; for telephone equipment to be,installed in the new City <br />7 HalUCommunity Center to ESI Communications in the amount of $36,664.00. <br />8 Motion carried unanimously. <br />9 <br />10 VII. OTHER BUSINESS. <br />1 I Morrison reported the City is currently doing the title research on the Tollefson property. <br />12 He noted one problem that has been discovered is that the State of Minnesota took the <br />13 property three years ago via tax forfeiture. Other issues include that the property is listed <br />14 in Bradley Zack's name and there are some liens against the property. The City Attorney <br />15 has stated that these issues merely need to be cleared up. <br />16 <br />44 VIII.
