REDEVELOPMENT AND TAX INCREMENT FINANCING PLAN. <br />4 1. HRA Resolution 1996-010 re: Modification to Redevelopment Plan and Tax <br />5 Increment Financing, <br />6 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve HRA Resolution 1996-010, <br />7 approving 1996 amendments to master modification to redevelopment plans and <br />8 Tax Increment Financing plans and requesting the approval of the City Council. <br />9 Motion carried unanimously. <br />10 <br />11 VII. OTHER BUSINESS. <br />12 Mayor Ranallo asked Councilembers to consider the chairs which were being proposed <br />13 for the Council Chamber in the new City Hall. There was Council consensus that they <br />14 would prefer chairs with a style similar to the chairs they are currently using and that they <br />15 would like chairs with a high back, possibly even higher than the current chairs. <br />16 <br />17 VIH.
