0 Vl. H.R.A. Resolution 95-001, RE: LEASE WITH TIMOTHY CARD FOR 3111 <br />2 SILVER LAKE ROAD. <br />3 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve Resolution 95-001, authorizing the <br />4 Chair and Executive Director to execute a lease for 3111 Silver Lake Road. <br />Motion carried unanimously, <br />Morrison indicated he is planning to close on this property with Mr. Timothy Card on <br />Thursday, January 12, 1995. Mr. Card will stay in the home until March but the city will <br />begin advertising the home in February. <br />10 VII. H.R.A. RESOLUTION 95-002, RE: DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT AND SALE <br />11 OF LOT 2, BLOCK 1, FIRST ADDITION TO ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE. <br />12 Motion by Marks, second by Ranallo to approve Resolution 95-002, approving a <br />13 development agreement to sell Lot 2, Block 1, first addition to the Village of St. Anthony <br />14 and authorizing the Chair and Executive Director to execute said agreement, contingent <br />15 that the berm itself and the fence not exceed the current fence ordinance of six feet. <br />16 Motion carried unanimously, <br />17 VIII. DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT TO DEMOLISH AND REMOVE STRUCTURE <br />LOCATED ON PROPERTY KNOWN AS THE OLD CLARK STATION, 3301 <br />19 STINSON BOULEVARD, OWNED BY DUANE FISHER. <br />20 Motion by Fleming, second by Marks to approve the development agreement to demolish <br />21 and remove structure located on property known as the Old Clark Station, 3301 Stinson <br />22 Boulevard, owned by Duane Fisher. <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />29 <br />30 <br />31 <br />r--% <br />6j <br />Mornson reported that the city will be doing as much as possible to the property, short of <br />excavating, so it looks more appealing. <br />Soth suggested the city investigate obtaining the appropriate "no action letters" from the <br />MPCA. The city may then be able to assist someone in redeveloping the property. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />IX.
