MEETING <br />JUNE 8, 1993 <br />PAGE 2 <br />Chairperson Rana Ilo advised that the unsold units in the <br />development, which are over eighty units, have gone back on <br />the market for sale. The sales will be handled by Burnett <br />Realty. He also noted that the taxes are paid on a minimum <br />assessment in the agreement because the development is located <br />in a Tax Increment Financing District. <br />Stuart Bonniwell assured members of the Authority there are no <br />control problems with the H.R.A. <br />Motion by Wagner, second by Marks to accept the H.R.A. audit <br />as presented by Stuart Bonniwell, Certified Public Accountant. <br />Motion carried unanimously <br />5. CLAIMS <br />Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve the following <br />claims: <br />A. Sorinasted Financial Advisors <br />Payment in the amount of $2,943.30 to Springsted Financial <br />Advisors for professional services rendered from December 31, <br />1992 through March 30, 1993 regarding the dental clinic TIF <br />Study. <br />Payment in the amount of $429.65 to Springsted Financial <br />Advisors for professionalservices rendered from October 16, <br />1992 through April 9, 1993 for the Apache Plaza TIF Study. <br />B. Shatzlein Associates <br />Payment in the amount of $1,200.00 to Shatzlein Associates for <br />consulting services provided regarding the administration of <br />the relocation program for two restaurants, the Good Luck Cafe <br />and Rosie's Restaurant. <br />C. Dorsey & Whitney Law Firm <br />Payment in the amount of $3,201.30 to Dorsey & Whitney Law <br />Firm for professional services rendered through April 30, 1993 <br />regarding the Rosie's Restaurant and Good Luck Cafe <br />properties. <br />
