MISCELLANEOUS. <br />2 Executive Director Morrison explained $125,000.00 in TIF payments would be paid to American <br />3 Monarch contingent on $125,000.00 improvements being completed and the company moved <br />4 into the building. He indicated, in the Nedegaard project, TIF payments of $12,000.00 per twin <br />5 home would be made upon completion of each twin home. <br />6 VII.
