CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL. <br />5 The meeting was called to order at 7:25 P.M. <br />6 H. ROLL CALL. <br />7 Commissioners Present: Chair Ranallo, Vice Chair Enrooth, Secretary/Treasurer Marks, <br />8 Commissioners Wagner and Fleming. <br />9 Commissioners Absent: None. <br />10 Also Present: Executive Director Michael Morrison. <br />1 I HI. APPROVAL OF OCTOBER 10, 1995 HRA AGENDA. <br />12 Motion by Marks, second by Fleming to approve the October 10, 1995 HRA Agenda with the <br />13 following changes: <br />14 Under V. Claims Item C. replace "$64,000.00" with "$42,000.00". <br />15 Under V. Claims add "D. Rice Creek Watershed District in the amount of $2,500.00 for permit <br />16 fee for the City Hall/Community Center. <br />aMotion carried unanimously, <br />18 IV. APPROVAL OF SEPTEMBER 12, 1995 HRA MINUTES. <br />19 Motion by Fleming, second by Marks to approve the September 12, 1995 HRA minutes as <br />20 presented. <br />21 Motion carried unanimously, <br />22 V. PRESENTATION OF CLAIMS. <br />23 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve the following claim: <br />24 A. Amie Gregory in the amount of $2,000.00 for alley improvements involved in the Arbors <br />25 Development Project. <br />26 Motion carried unanimously_ <br />27 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve the following claim: <br />28 B. Dorsey & Whitney in the amount of $1,713.05 for legal services rendered from July 18, <br />29 1995 to August 30, 1995 regarding tax increment financing projects. <br />ep Motion carried unanimously, <br />
