MISCELLANEOUS. <br />2 Mornson noted the draft Residential Redevelopment Policy which was included in <br />3 Councilmembers packet. He noted he still needed to discuss the policy with City Attorney and it <br />4 would a topic of discussion at an upcoming work session. <br />5 Morrison reported the Arbors and Nedegaard projects were progressing well. The new company <br />6 has moved into the American Monarch building and the manager was introduced at the Chamber <br />7 meeting last week. It was noted that the manager is very happy with the facility and plans to host <br />8 an open house in January 1996. <br />9 VII.
