MISCELLANEOUS. <br />2 Executive Director Momson reported he had inspected the American Monarch building <br />3 and it looked very good. An open house is tentatively scheduled for January 25 and 26, <br />4 1996, with a formal ribbon cutting. <br />5 Momson noted the Village Properties Company is considering the vacant land between <br />6 the American Monarch building and the gas station. This parcel consists of 40,000 <br />7 square feet. He noted there may be TIF funds available for this parcel. <br />8 VII.
