Meeting <br />February 22, 1994 <br />Page 3 <br />The Commission discussed two other parcels which will be for sale <br />in the City. They are City -owned and are in the south end <br />redevelopment area. <br />The Chairperson suggested that the marketing of these lots be put <br />under the direction of the Finance Director. He felt this is a <br />prime time to sell. <br />The Executive Director advised these lots have received a lot of <br />interest from potential buyers since November. He suggested the <br />market to sell is very good at this time. <br />The development requirements for each of these lots is for a <br />minimum of a $130,000 rambler -style home with no outside storage. <br />Chairperson Ranallo suggested there be a minimum selling price of <br />$40,000 placed on each of the lots. <br />Motion was made and seconded to approve H.R.A. Resolution 1994- <br />001 authorizing the Chair and Executive Director to sign a <br />Development Agreement with Larry Beach Construction for the <br />property located at 3112 Silver Lake Road. <br />Motion was made and seconded to adjourn the meeting. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Jo -Anne Student <br />H.R.A.
