American Bank in the amount of $36,340.00 concerting the 1991A GO <br />2 Refunding Bonds. <br />3 Motion carried unanimously, <br />4 VI. SALE OF TWO LOTS ON 27TH AND COOLIDGE. <br />5 Included in the packet was a letter from Larry Beach Construction offering a bid of <br />6 $32,000 cash for one of the lots located on 27th Avenue N.E. and Coolidge Street. <br />7 Mr. Beach also indicated he would like to purchase the remaining lot with a Contract <br />8 for Deed of $32,000 due upon closing of a new home built or December 15, 1994, <br />9 whichever occurs first. <br />10 The buyer would prefer to build a split entry rather than the rambler wanted by the <br />11 H.R.A. originally. The H.R.A. Commissioners' consensus appeared to be agreeable <br />12 to that.proposal. Executive Director Morrison will assure a purchase agreement is <br />13 developed. <br />414 VII.
