DISCUSSION OF THE PURCHASE OF 3111 SILVER LAKE ROAD. <br />2 Executive Director Momson stated that the Planning Commission will be discussing.this <br />3 purchase at their next meeting, September 20. He added that the Council has scheduled the <br />4 Redevelopment Plan public hearing on October 11, 1994. <br />5 It was noted that variances will be needed. Wagner requested that a survey be conducted to <br />6 assure that variances will not change from what is existing. Executive Director Momson <br />7 reported that the property owner is in the process of obtaining a survey which will also be a <br />8 requirement of the Purchase Agreement. <br />9 XI.
