Bond Sale Authorization by Council ( Tentatively January 10, 1995 ). <br />12 <br />B. Development and Assessment Agreements for CUB Foods, Knox Lumber and <br />13 <br />Apache Plaza, Ltd. by ( Tentatively January 10, 1995 ) the H.R.A. <br />14 <br />Morrison reported that these are the proposed dates for City Council approval of these <br />15 <br />two issues. He stated that these issues cannot be approved until the petition is resolved. <br />406 <br />Motion by Wagner, second by Marks to place the Bond Sale Authorization and the <br />17 <br />Development and Assessment Agreements for CUB Foods, Knox Lumber and Apache <br />18 <br />Plaza, Ltd. on the City Council Agenda when appropriate. <br />19 <br />20 <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />21 VII.
