CALL TO ORDER <br />9 <br />10 The Housing and Redevelopment Authority meeting was called to <br />11 order by Chairperson Ranallo at 7:55 p.m. <br />12 <br />13 2. ROLL CALL <br />14 <br />15 Present: Chairperson Ranallo, Vice Chairperson Enrooth, <br />16 Secretary/Treasurer Marks and Commissioners Fleming and <br />17 Wagner. <br />18 <br />19 Staff Present: Executive Director Burt and Management <br />20 Assistant Urbia <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 3. APPROVAL OF AUGUST 24 1993 H.R.A. MEETING AGENDA <br />24 <br />25 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve the agenda for <br />the August 24, 1993 H.R.A. meeting with the following <br />10 addition: <br />28 <br />29 Resolution No. 1993-004 being a resolution authorizing the <br />30 agreement between the owner and architect relating to the <br />31 space reeds analysis for the probable construction of a city <br />32 hall/community center. <br />33 <br />34 Motion carried unanimously <br />35 <br />36 <br />37 4. APPROVAL OF JULY 27, 1993 H.R.A MEETING MINUTES <br />38 <br />39 Motion by Marks, second by Fleming to approve the minutes of <br />40 the July 27, 1993 H.R.A. meeting as presented and there were <br />41 no corrections. <br />42 <br />43 Motion carried unanimously <br />44 <br />45 <br />46 5.
