Payment in the amount of $7,992.03 for billings regarding the <br />programming/space needs/pre-schematic analysis done relative to a new <br />community center through September 17, 1993. <br />2. Payment in the amount of $3,404.02 for billings regarding the <br />programming/space needs/pre-schematic analysis done relative to a new <br />community center through October 29, 1993. <br />D. LaNel Financial Group. <br />Payment in the amount of $50,000 for an interest reduction payment for 1992. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />VI. PROPOSAL FROM SPRINGSTED, INC. FOR A DEBT MANAGEMENT <br />STUDY. <br />Robert Thistle, Vice President of Springsted appeared to present a proposal for a debt <br />management study for the City in an effort to examine the City's present debt position <br />and future financial position. <br />The Executive Director recommended that the school participate and have their side <br />done as well because this is a community issue. <br />Vice Chair Enrooth felt this study should have been done years ago and recommended <br />strongly the City do it now. <br />Motion by Marks and seconded by Enrooth to have the Executrive Director hire <br />Springsted for an amount not to exceed $4,000 for the debt management study. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />American Monarch <br />Chair Ranallo reported American Monarch is in the process of being sold to a <br />Chicago company. The Chicago company will decide if they want to relocate the <br />Chicago facility here or move this facility to Chicago. <br />
