REGULAR MEETING <br />NOVEMBER 24, 1992 <br />PAGE 4 <br />Motion by Ranallo; second by Fleming to direct the H.R.A. <br />Executive Director to offer $42,000 for the home located on <br />Silver Lake Road at Townview. <br />Motion carried unanimously <br />The Executive Director cautioned that some neighbors in the <br />area may request the H.R.A. to buy other rundown properties. <br />He noted that there is one located in the south end of the - -- <br />City which the H.R.A. may want to look at eventually for <br />acquisition. <br />7.
