Liesch Associates, Inc. for <br />32 professional services rendered from June 1, 1992 through June <br />33 30, 1992 regarding the St. Anthony Kenzie - Coolidge Project. <br />34 <br />35 The Executive Director advised that this firm is conducting <br />36 the Phase I soil testing of the land under Rosie's Restaurant <br />37 and the Good Luck. Cafe. During their work a well was <br />38 discovered. It has been plugged but it is not known if it has <br />39 been capped. ANTHONY LANEL <br />47 <br />48 A letter was received from Paul Brewer, President of LaNel <br />49 Financial Group, Inc., requesting an executed Certificate of <br />50 Completion. <br />51 <br />52 The signing of the Certificate of Completion was deferred <br />pending satisfactory execution of all easements regarding the <br />0 project. <br />
