MEETING MINUTES <br />32 <br />33 <br />Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve the minutes of <br />34 <br />the April 14, 1992 H.R.R. Meeting as presented and there were <br />35 <br />no corrections. <br />36 <br />37 <br />Motion carried unanimously <br />38 <br />39 <br />40 <br />5. <br />DISCUSSION OF PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS TO THE SOUTH END OF THE <br />41 <br />CITY <br />42 <br />43 <br />The South End Task Force held three meetings where proposals <br />44 <br />were discussed regarding development/ improvement of the South <br />45 <br />End of the City. <br />46 <br />47 <br />BRW Consultants presented three concepts. The Executive <br />48 <br />Director reviewed all three proposals with the assistance of <br />49 <br />architectural renderings. A fourth plan was submitted by <br />50 <br />members of the South End Task Force. This plan was also <br />51 <br />reviewed by the Executive Director. <br />10 <br />Various aspects of all of the proposals such as relocation of <br />54 <br />the Fire Station, the removal of some existing buildings, and <br />
