CALL TO ORDER <br />The meeting, of the St. Anthony Housing and Redevelopment Authority was <br />called to order by Commissioner Enrooth. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Present: Commissioners Ranallo, Marks, Makowske, Enrooth <br />Absent: Commissioner Sundland <br />APPROVAL OF -JANUARY 23. 1990 H.R.A. MINUTES <br />Motion by Ranallo, second by Marks to approve the minutes of the January <br />23, 1990 meeting of the St. Anthony Housing and Redevelopment Authority. <br />Motion carried unanimously <br />4. CLAIMS <br />A. Dorsey 6 Whitney <br />Motion by Ranallo, second by Makowske to approve payment in the amount of <br />$1,966.95 to Dorsey G Whitney for services rendered from December 1, 1989 <br />through December 31, 1989 for the Evergreen Development Corporation Town- <br />houses and the Lang -Nelson Project. <br />Motion carried unanimous] <br />B. Dorsey b Whitney <br />Motion by Ranallo, second by .Makowske to approve payment in the amount of <br />$197.87 to Dorsey b Whitney for services rendered from January 1, 1990 <br />through January 31, 1990 for the Lang -Nelson Project. <br />Motion carried unanimous] <br />C. Dorsey 6 Whitney <br />Motion by Ranallo, second by Makowske to approve payment in the amount of <br />$456.25 for services rendered from February 1, 1990 through February 28, <br />1990 for the Lang -Nelson Project. <br />Motion carried unanimously <br />(55). LANEL - REQUEST FOR SURPLUS TAX INCREMENT FINANCING FUNDS <br />The City Manager explained the request noting that the taxes due on the <br />Individual units in the Autumn Woods development are still well below <br />the $1,200 per unit figure used as a benchmark for considering the return <br />of surplus tax increment funds. <br />Councilmember Enrooth had understood previously this matter would be brought <br />back to the Council only if the taxes on the development exceeded $60,000. <br />This has oot been the case as the taxes in 1988 were $60,028.64 and. in 1989 <br />
