ANTHONY <br />HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br />MINUTES <br />Nay 23, 1989 <br />The meeting was called to order at 8:49 p.m. by Secretary -Treasurer <br />Marks. <br />ROLL CALL <br />PreseFn-t:;^Secretary-Treasurer Marks, Commissioner Makowske, <br />Commissioner Ranallo <br />Absent: Enrooth, Sundland. <br />Also Present: Susan VanderHeyden, Acting Executive Director <br />William Soth, City Attorney <br />APPROVAL OF APRIL 11, 1989 H.R.A. MINUTES <br />• Motion by Ranallo, seconded by Makowske, to approve. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />CLAIMS <br />Motion by Ranallo, seconded by Makowske, to approve the Dorsey & <br />Whitney, Inc. claim in the amount of $583.16. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />EVERGREEN TOWNHOMES <br />Acting Executive Director VanderHeyden pointed out that although <br />Resolution H.R.A. 89-001 is not on the agenda, it is included in the <br />H.R.A.'s packet and is to be acted upon. <br />Motion by Ranallo, seconded by Makowske, to adopt Resolution H.R.A. <br />89-001, specifying persons authorized to make certain transactions <br />regarding financial accounts of the St. Anthony Housing and <br />Redevelopment Authority (H.R.A.), with an amendment to the resolution <br />naming Susan L. VanderHeyden Acting Executive Director of the Housing <br />and Redevelopment Authority. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />40 Motion by Ranallo, seconded by Makowske, to table agenda items V (A), <br />(B), (C), and (D) until such time as a special meeting can be arranged <br />to address those items. <br />L' <br />
