1 the "dormitory" type buildings first proposed for the project. <br />Commissioner Ranallo reported a conversation with Minneapolis Adlerman <br />Walt Dziedzic on the plane coming back from the NLC convention in Boston <br />4 where the Minneapolis official had strongly reiterated his opposition <br />5 to a driveway off Lowry for the project and was assured that wasn't <br />6 going to happen. <br />7 Mr. Childs indicated the project plat was still at the surveyors but <br />8 would need to be executed by the Mayor and City Clerk sometime on or <br />9 before December 22nd. The Chair said he wouldn't be leaving for <br />10 Edmonton, Canada until the afternoon of the 22nd. <br />11 The prospects that the long, hard struggle with getting that area <br />12 finally developed might be over by the next Council meeting prompted <br />13 discussions of a big celebration for all who had been involved. <br />14 ADJOURN?�NT <br />15 Motion by Marks, seconded by Ranallo to adjourn the H.R.A. meeting at <br />16 9:50 P.M. for the Executive Session on the T.C.A.A.P. lawsuit <br />17 negotiations. <br />18 Motion carried unanimousl <br />19 Respectfully submitted, <br />• Helen Crowe, Secretary <br />IP 3 <br />
