MINUTES <br />10 Motion by Marks, seconded by Ranallo to approve as presented. <br />is <br />Notion carried unanimously. <br />12 CLAIMS <br />13 Motion by Marks, seconded by Enrooth to approve payment of $5,928.75 <br />14 to the Dorsey & Whitney law firm for legal services to the H.R.A. during <br />15 September, 1988. <br />16 <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />17 Motion by Marks', seconded by Makowske to approve payment of all H.R.A. <br />18 accounts payable for October 31, 1988 as listed in the H.R.A. November <br />19 22, 1988 agenda packet. <br />Notion carried unanimously. <br />21 Motion by Marks, seconded by Enrooth to approve payment of $10,757.50 <br />22 to Federal -State Relocation Consulting Service Inc. for consulting <br />23 services on the relocation of tenants for Phase 3 of the Kenzie Terrace <br />24 Redevelopment Project during October and through November 4, 1988. <br />25 <br />Notion carried unanimously. <br />26 Mr. Childs distributed copies of a projection from Jack Bagley of the <br />relocation consulting company which indicated what had been paid so far <br />1 <br />
