MINUTES <br />7 Motion by Marks, seconded by Makowske to approve the above as <br />8 submitted. <br />9 Motion carried unanimousl <br />10 CLAIMS <br />11 Motion by Ranallo, seconded by Sundland to approve payment of <br />12 $1,588.85 to the Dorsey & Whitney law firm for legal services rendered <br />•13 the H.R.A. during November, 1987. <br />14 Motion carried unanimously. <br />15 Motion by Marks, seconded by Ranallo to approve payment of $850.00 <br />16 ($550.00 under budget) to Donald A. Hennessy, CRA, for review of real <br />17 estate and fixture appraisals of the St. Anthony Village Shopping <br />18 Center excess property for the Kenzie Terrace Redevelopment Project. <br />19 Motion carried unanimously. <br />20 Motion by Ranallo, seconded by Marks to approve payment of $4,449.89 <br />21 to Development Advisory Services for Richard Krier's October, <br />22 November, and December, 1987, consulting services on the final phases <br />23 of the Kenzie Terrace Redevelopment Project. <br />24 Motion carried unanimously. <br />25 Mr. Childs indicated questions the Planning Consultant had related to <br />26 the Pelton appraisals related to the property acquisition for the <br />27 Kenzie Terrace Redevelopment Project had been resolved and copies of <br />28 the appraisals had been sent to the persons intended to receive them. <br />29 Motion by Marks, seconded by Sundland to approve payments of billings <br />30 for $5,500 and $7,600 to C. R. Pelton & Associates. <br />01 Motion carried unanimously. <br />
