•1 Mr. Krier met with the MCDA staff person last Friday and the <br />2 consultant, Mr. Childs, and Commissioner Ranallo have scheduled <br />3 a meeting with Alderman Dziedzic the following day to see what <br />4 alternatives the Alderman has come up with; <br />5 the redeveloper and Mr. Krier intend to meet with the Min - <br />6 neapolis neighbors prior to the October 13th H.R.A. meeting <br />7 where it is hoped staff would be able to present the Re - <br />8 development Agreement with the Gaughan Company for approval; <br />9 the Letter of Credit would be signed by the redeveloper; <br />10 and, the hearings on the.P.U.D. amendment could be scheduled. <br />11 Mr. Soth pointed out that, even though the September 15th deadline <br />12 for acquiring the land hadn't been met, at least the City now had a <br />13 redeveloper who was meeting all the H.R.A.'s demands for the <br />14 project. He indicated that if when the new appraisals are completed <br />15 the center owner is still unwilling to sell his property for a <br />16 reasonable amount, condemnation process will have to be initiated, <br />17 which could take several months. In that event, the H.R.A.
