• 1 -4- <br />2 *expertise in doing a similar redevelopment project(s) and proof <br />3 of ability to work with the communities where those projects are <br />4 located; <br />5 *site plan to include architectural style and building elevations <br />6 which would fit into the neighborhood; <br />7 *major amount of brick on the building exteriors and 100% sprink- <br />8 ling of the structures; <br />9 *landscaping which would include the existing buffer of the site <br />10 with perhaps money put in escrow for replacement when whatever <br />11 greenery is there now, dies. <br />12 There was general recognition that all studies had indicted there was <br />13 just not a market for an all -elderly project and that general occupancy <br />14 would probably have to be included.
