Attorney <br />7 Richard Krier of Development Advisory Services, <br />8 Consultant <br />9 APRIL 14, 1987 HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT MINUTES <br />10 Motion by Ranallo, seconded by Enrooth to approve as submitted. <br />�11 <br />12 CLAIMS <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />13 Motion by Ranallo, seconded by Enrooth to approve payment of the <br />14 following claims as listed in the June 23rd H.R.A. agenda packet: <br />15 *$2,951.25 and $2,775.00 to the Dorsey & Whitney law firm for <br />16 legal services to the H.R.A. during March and April, 1987; <br />17 *$2,828.50 to Maxfield Research Group for market research during <br />18 May, 1987, needed for senior housing in St. Anthony; <br />19 *$4,145.08 to Development Advisory Services for consultations <br />20 during May, 1987, related to the search for a new redeveloper for <br />21 Phases II and III of Kenzie Terrace Redevelopment Project. <br />22 AGREEMENT W <br />23 KENZIE TERR <br />24 Mr. Soth's presentation of the above document, which had been signed by <br />25 both John Arkell and Kraus -Anderson, was enthusiastically welcomed by <br />26 the H.R.A. members. The Attorney said this agreement returned the <br />27 control of the project back to the H.R.A. without actually promising <br />28 anything in return. He indicated that at this point the H.R.A. could <br />•29 work with Mr. Arkell to bring in another redeveloper or find another <br />30 developer on its own. Mr. Soth assured the H.R.A. members that, <br />31 although Mr. Arkell could walk away from the project if he's given back <br />
