CITY OF ST_ ANTHONY <br />HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br />MINUTES <br />OCTOBER 28, 1986 <br />The meeting was called to order at 9:31 P.M. by Chairman Sundland. <br />Present for roll call: Sundland, Vice Chair Enrooth, Secretary/Treasurer Marks, <br />and Commissioners Ranallo and Makowske. <br />Also present: David Childs, Executive Director. <br />HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY MINUTES <br />Motion by Marks, seconded by Makowske to approve as submitted for the August 28, <br />1986 meeting. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />VERIFIED CLAIMS <br />• Motion by Makowske, seconded by Marks to approve payment of $2,630.00 to <br />Stuart J. Bonniwell, C.P.A., for financial examination of H.R.A. statements for <br />the year ended December 31, 1985. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Motion by Enrooth, seconded by Marks to approve payment of $428.50 and $141.00 <br />to the Dorsey Law Firm for legal services to the H.R.A. during July and August, <br />1986, respectively. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Motion by Marks, seconded by Enrooth to adjourn the St. Anthony Housing and <br />Redevelopment Authority meeting at 9:32 P.M. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Helen Crowe, Secretary <br />• <br />
