CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br />• HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY MINUTES <br />February 26, 1985 <br />The meeting was called to order by Chairman Sundland at 9:11 P.M. <br />Present for roll call: Sundland, Vice Chair Enrooth, Secretary/Treasurer Marks, <br />and Commissioners Ranallo and Makowske. <br />Also in attendance: David Childs, Executive Director; William Soth, Attorney; <br />and Steve Yurick of Arkell Development Corporation, Developer. <br />Motion by Secretary/Treasurer Marks and seconded by Commissioner Ranallo to approve <br />as submitted the minutes of the H.R.A. meeting held February 12, 1985. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Motion by Commissioner Makowske and seconded by Vice Chair Enrooth to approve payment <br />of $1,500 to Doty & Sons, Inc., for the demolition of the G and G Body Shop for <br />Phase I of the Kenzie Terrace Redevelopment Project. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Motion by Secretary/Treasurer Marks and seconded by Vice Chair Enrooth to approve <br />payment of $4,972.75 to Dorsey & Whitney for legal services related to the Walbon <br />• and Kenzington projects during January, 1985. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Motion by Vice Chair Enrooth and seconded by Commissioner Makowske to approve pay- <br />ment of $952 to Title Services, Inc. for title insurance for the Walbon property. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />The Executive Director gave estimates of the costs of relocating the businesses and <br />residences on the Walbon property. He said Hyman Trucking had found a new location <br />and might be able to move their business by March 1st rather than May lst, as had <br />been anticipated. <br />Motion by Commissioner Ranallo and seconded by Secretary/Treasurer Marks to authorize <br />the execution of the contract with Federal -State Relocation Consulting Services, <br />Inc. for consulting services on the Old Highway 8 Redevelopment Project. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Motion by Commissioner Ranallo and seconded by Chairman Sundland to adourn the <br />Housing and Redevelopment Authority meeting at 9:15 P.M. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />• Respectfully submitted, <br />Helen Crowe, Secretary <br />
