ANTHONY <br />HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY MINUTES <br />April 23, 1985 <br />The meeting was called to order by Chairman Sundland at 8:36 P.M. <br />Present for roll call: Sundland, Vice Chair Enrooth, Secretary/Treasurer Marks, <br />and Commissioners Ranallo and Makowske. <br />Also present: David Childs, Executive Director. <br />Motion by Secretary/Treasurer Marks and seconded by Commissioner Makowske to approve <br />as submitted the minutes of the H.R.A. meeting held February 26, 1985. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Motion by Commissioner Ranallo and seconded by Commissioner Makowske to approve pay- <br />ment of $27.10 to Lillie Suburban Newspapers for legal publication costs related to <br />the Old Highway 8 Redevelopment Project. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Motion by Secretary/Treasurer Marks and seconded by Chairman Sundland to approve <br />payment of $15.31 to Lillie Suburban Newspapers for legal publication costs related <br />to the Kenzie Terrace Redevelopment Project. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Motion by Secretary/Treasurer Marks and seconded by Commissioner Makowske to approve <br />payment of $3,100 to Braun Environmental Laboratories for soil testing of the Walbon <br />property for the Old Highway 8 Redevelopment Project. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Childs told Commissioner Makowske that the attorney's fees connected with the <br />two redevelopment projects would eventually be paid from the bond issues for those <br />projects. <br />Motion by Vice Chair Enrooth and seconded by <br />payment of $3,917.78 to Dorsey & Whitney for <br />February, 1985. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Secretary/Treasurer Marks to approve <br />legal services to the H.R.A. during <br />Motion by Secretary/Treasurer Marks and seconded by Vice Chair Enrooth to adjourn <br />the St. Anthony Housing and Redevelopment Authority at 8:40 P.M. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Helen Crowe, Secretary <br />
