CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br />• HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY MINUTES <br />June 25, 1985 <br />The meeting was called to order by Chairman Sundland at 9:08 P.M. <br />Present for roll call: Sundland, Vice Chair Enrooth, Secretary/Treasurer Marks, <br />and Commissioners Ranallo and Makowske. <br />Also present: David Childs, Executive Director; William Soth, Attorney; and <br />Steve Carlson, Administrative Intern. <br />Motion by Secretary/Treasurer Marks and seconded by Vice Chair Enrooth to approve <br />as submitted the minutes of the H.R.A. meeting held May 28, 1985. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Motion by Vice Chair Enrooth and seconded by Secretary/Treasurer Marks to approve <br />the payment of $1,200 to Moody's Investor Service for bond ratings. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Motion by Secretary/Treasurer Marks and seconded by Commissioner Makowske to approve <br />\ payment of $500 to Norwest Bank of Minneapolis for their acceptance fee for <br />registering the Tax'Increment bonds. <br />• Motion carried unanimously. <br />Motion by Vice Chair Enrooth and seconded by Commissioner Ranallo to table the <br />payment of the Springsted $16,494.65 billing for services related to the preliminary <br />issuance of Tax Increment Bonds on the Old Highway 8 Redevelopment Project for <br />further information related to that billing. <br />Voting to table: <br />Aye: Enrooth, Ranallo, Makowske, and Sundland. <br />Nay: Marks. <br />Motion carried. <br />Motion by Commissioner Ranallo and seconded by Commissioner Makowske to approve <br />payments of $198.7.4 for legal services during March related to the Old Highway 8 <br />Redevelopment Project and $30 for preparation of legal documents related to Kenzie <br />Terrace Redevelopment Project to Dorsey & Whitney. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />The H.R.A._ discussed the progress of the Kenzington Project relaying the results of <br />conversations of Mr. Childs and"Mr. Soth with the Redevelopers, including discussion <br />of their recent purchase of the American Legion property next to Kenzington and <br />speculation regarding probable causes for construction and financing delays in the <br />Is <br />project. <br />Motion by Secretary/Treasurer Marks and seconded by Vice Chair Enrooth to adjourn <br />the St. Anthony Housing and Redevelopment Authority meeting at 9:45 P.M. <br />Motion carried unanimously.
