CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br />• HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY MINUTES <br />August 13, 1985 <br />The meeting was called to order by Vice Chair Enrooth at 8:35 P.M. <br />Present for roll call: Enrooth, Secretary/Treasurer Marks, and Commissioners <br />Makowske and Ranallo. <br />Absent: Chair Sundland. <br />Also present: David Childs, Executive Director; and Steve Carlson, Administrative <br />Intern. <br />Motion by Commissioner Makowske and seconded by Secretary/Treasurer Marks to approve <br />as submitted the minutes of the H.R.A. meeting which had been held June 25, 1985. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Motion by Commissioner Ranallo and seconded by Secretary/Treasurer Marks to approve <br />payments of $631 and $340.60 to Dorsey & Whitney for legal services to the H.R.A. <br />during May and June, 1985, and $3,052.25 to that firm for legal services in connec- <br />\ tion with the issuances of $545,000 in General Obligation Tax Increment Bonds for <br />Tax Increment—Districts 1and 2. <br />• Motion carried unanimously. <br />Motion by Secretary/Treasurer Marks and seconded by Commissioner Ranallo to approve <br />payments of relocation claims of $4,500 to Dave and Kenneth Gunderson and consulting <br />fees of $1,550 to Federal State Relocation Consulting Services in connection with the <br />development of the Walbon property for the Old Highway 8 Redevelopment Project as <br />well as $15,100 to Springsted Incorporated for consulting services in connection with <br />Tax Increment Districts 1 and 2, as per the company's clarification of those fees <br />dated July 30, 1985. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />The Executive Director advised that it would be necessary for the Housing and_Redev- <br />1 elopmentA—Ut ority as well'as the City to enter into the agreement to.partici,pate in <br />r/ Ramsey County's Community Development Block_,Gr'ant_pr..ogram. <br />Motion by Commissioner Makowske and seconded by Commissioner Ranallo to adopt the <br />resolution which authorizes the execution of the CDBG supplemental joint cooperation <br />agreement between the City and Ramsey County. <br />H.'R.A. RESOLUTION 85-007 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN AND SECRETARY/TREASURER <br />OF THE ST. ANTHONY HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY TO <br />EXECUTE THE SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT TO COOPERATION AGREEMENT FOR <br />THE COMMUNITY BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF <br />• RAMSEY AND THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br />
