• CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br />HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY MINUTES <br />December 17, 1985 <br />The meeting was called to order by Chairman Sundland at 9:26 P.M. <br />Present for roll call: Sundland, Vice Chair Enrooth, Secretary/Treasurer Marks, <br />and Commissioners Makowske and Ranallo. <br />Also present: David Childs, Executive Director; and Carol Johnson, Finance Director. <br />Motion by Commissioner Ranallo and seconded by Secretary/Treasurer Marks to approve <br />as submitted the minutes of the H.R.A. meeting held November 26, 1985. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Motion by Secretary/Treasurer Marks and seconded by Vice Chair Enrooth to approve <br />payment of $159.85 to Radio Shack for a micro cassette recorder and cassettes for <br />use by the Council secretary. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Motion by Commissioner Ranallo and seconded by Secretary/Treasurer Marks to approve <br />• payment of the following claims as listed in the December 17, 1985 H.R.A. agenda <br />packet: <br />$8.24 to Lillie Suburban Newspapers for publication of notice of the December 3rd <br />H.R.A. meeting; <br />$313 to Braun Engineering Testing for compaction testing services on the Old Highway 8 <br />Redevelopment Project through November 17, 1985; <br />$725 to Adrian Helgeson and Company for the 1984 H.R.A. audit; and <br />$8,383.43 to Dorsey & Whitney for legal services to the H.R.A. during October, 1985, <br />including services on the Kenzie Terrace, Walker on Kenzie, and Chandler Place <br />Redevelopment Projects. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Motion by Secretary/Treasurer Marks and seconded by Vice Chair Enrooth to adjourn <br />the meeting at 9:28 P.
