CITY OF SAINT ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 16 -056 <br />RESOLUTION TO APPROVE SPECIAL EVENT AT THE UNOFFICIAL <br />ON JULY 30, 2016 <br />WHEREAS, The Unofficial has submitted an event proposal along with site map for a <br />Grand Re- Opening event on July 30, 2016. The event will include live music, beer truck, outdoor <br />food tent, local artists vendor tents and outdoor games; and <br />WHEREAS, The hours of the event will be 10:00am- 1:00am, with live music 3:00pm- <br />I0:00pm; and <br />WHEREAS, The City of St. Anthony has the authority to grant a holder of an on -sale <br />liquor license to serve alcohol off premises at a community festival with proof of liquor liability <br />insurance to cover the event; and <br />WHEREAS, The Unofficial will comply with the City of St. Anthony Police <br />department's recommendations on appropriate security for the event. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. <br />Anthony Village approves the request for The Unofficial to hold a special event on July 30, 2016 <br />with the conditions mentioned above. <br />APPROVED in the regular session of the City Counc July 26, 2016. <br />Jerome O.
