ANTHONY <br />HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY MINUTES <br />September 25, 1984 <br />The meeting was called to order by Chairman Sundland at 9:02 P.M. <br />Present for roll call: Sundland, Vice Chair Enrooth, Secretary/Treasurer Marks, <br />and Commissioners Ranallo and Makowske. <br />Also present: David Childs, Executive Director. <br />Motion by Secretary/Treasurer Marks and seconded by Vice Chair Enrooth to approve <br />as presented the minutes of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority meeting <br />held September 11, 1984. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />• Motion by Secretary/Treasurer Marks and seconded by Commissioner Makowske to <br />approve payment of $450 to O. J. Janski and Associates for inspection and a <br />real estate appraisal of the Mimosa Restaurant property for the 202 senior <br />housing project. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Childs indicated that just as soon as Mr. Janski's appraisal of the Walbon <br />property is completed, the H.R.A. should be able to discuss the proposal to <br />develop that tract for townhouses. <br />Motion by Secretary/Treasurer Marks and seconded by Commissioner Makowske to <br />adjourn the St. Anthony Housing and Redevelopment Authority meeting at 9:05 P.M. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />40 <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Helen Crowe, Secretary <br />
