-2 - <br />told Commissioner Makowske he would see what he could find out about the financing <br />for the cooperative housing project which is underway in the Lee School building <br />in Robbinsdale. <br />Motion by Commissioner Ranallo and seconded by the Secretary/Treasurer to authorize <br />the Executive Director to proceed with the Walbon Redevelopment Project by directing <br />a review appraisal and scheduling negotiations with the property owner based on <br />that appraisal, with an H.R.A.- work session to be called whenever Mr. Childs deems <br />it necessary to discuss those negotiations. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />The Executive Director reported he had tentatively scheduled a meeting with the <br />property owners the following afternoon. <br />Motion by Secretary/Treasurer Marks and seconded by Vice Chair Enrooth to adjourn <br />the St. Anthony Housing and Redevelopment Authority meeting at 9:08 P.M. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />• <br />40 <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Helen Crowe, Secretary <br />
