Page 2. <br />Mr. Childs explained that the payment of $1,400 in interest to <br />• Westwood Planning and Engineering was necessary because there <br />had been no funds available to the H.R.A. when those costs had <br />been incurred. Commissioner Enrooth indicated he would be <br />approving the Westwood bill under protest because of those interest <br />charges. <br />Motion by Secretary/Treasurer Marks and seconded by Commissioner <br />Enrooth to approve payment of $21,500.23 to Westwood Planning and <br />Engineering Company for their services on the Kenzie Terrace <br />Project. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Motion by Secretary/Treasurer Marks and seconded by Commissioner <br />Ranallo to designate Richard Enrooth to serve as Vice Chairman <br />of the St. Anthony Housing and Redevelopment Authority for 1984. <br />Voting on the motion: <br />Aye: Marks, Ranallo, Sundland and Makowske. <br />Abstention: Enrooth. <br />Motion carried. <br />• Motion by Secretary/Treasurer Marks and seconded by Vice Chairman <br />Enrooth to authorize Adrian Helgeson and Company to do a financial <br />audit of the H.R.A. from its inception to December 31, 1983. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />The progress report from Suzy Gammel had been given during the <br />Council meeting which preceded the H.R.A. meeting. At that time <br />she had also delivered to the H.R.A. Chairman a personal check <br />from Mr. Arkell for $300,000 issued to show good faith in the <br />deliverance of a Letter of Credit in the same amount by the <br />developer January 20th. <br />Motion by Secretary/Treasurer Marks and seconded by Vice Chairman <br />Enrooth to adjourn the meeting of the St. Anthony Housing and <br />Redevelopment Authority at 9:00 P.M. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Helen Crowe, Secretary <br />
