-2 - <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Childs reported the Attorney is working with Mr. Salterman's <br />attorney to develop an agreement whereby the property for the 202 <br />project can be transferred to the H.R.A. and he anticipates that <br />document would be ready for execution by the next H.R.A. meeting. <br />Mr. Soth indicated he is also working with H.U.D. attorneys in an <br />attempt to get their agreement that the proposed project would work. <br />Motion by Secretary/Treasurer Marks and seconded by Vice Chair Enrooth <br />to adjourn the Housing and Redevelopment Authority meeting at 9:30 P.M. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />• <br />• <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Helen Crowe, Secretary <br />
